ADJUST YOUR SEAT CORRECTLY
IMPORTANT: To prevent any saddle rail damage you have to use max. 5 Nm on seatpost designs which can “cut” the saddle rails. AII clamping mechanisms where the upper and lower part aren’t at the same area can only use 5 Nm.
IMPORTANT: Seatpost designs which clamp the saddle rails from both sides at the same area (also one-bolt systems) can use up to 12 Nm.
ADJUST YOUR SEAT CORRECTLY
- We take a torque wrench and set the correct socket.
- Seatpost bolts must be tighten with the correct torque.
- One bolt seatpost with 12 Nm, two bolt seatpost with torque of 5 Nm.
- Screw seatpost with correct torque.
- One bolt seatposts with 12 Nm, two bolt seatposts with 5 Nm.
- We recommend leveling Berk saddle at front part of the saddle.
